Drove by today, it appears the smaller tower (12 floors) is topped out and work is starting on the 16th floor (eventually 20) should be topped out around December.
They've started going vertical on the southern retail portion... I'm assuming they'll leave the SW corner flat until the hotel portion is ready to get built?
