Here are a few new images of the proposed new development at 601 Davis St in Evanston.
The project will be in front of the Planning and Development Committee of the Evanston City Council on Monday evening January 22 at 715pm.

The project replaces a vacant parcel and a decades old Chase drive-thru with a new 33 story building (7,500sf of ground floor retail with podium parking and a setback tower).
