Amen to that. Yeah let's hope it accelerates. A lot of the housing crisis is self induced. Our cities are our future and we need housing ASAP. And aside from the actual core cities, the inner-ring suburbs need some more density and units being pumped out. Good momentum in some areas on phasing out singe-family housing in favor for multi-unit housing.
