I'm just worried the neighborhood NIMBYs will scream how out of scale four huge towers will be in the neighborhood. We're not downtown especially near the waterfront or Journal Square, and though much of Bayview wil be mid rise and there iloks like a few mid rises are being planned(Carbon Place twin 12 story towers, two 12 story towers possible in the development of the lot across from the West Side light rail stop, a 15 story tower approved for Route 440 across from the Hudson Mall area) these towers will be dense and quite tall. two at 55 and 56 stories, a bit under 600 ft. But the parkland would be great and it seems like a terrific use of land and density surrounding the light rail.
