Aside from the long amount of time it would take for real urban infill to develop and connect this to the Camden Waterfront, can it ever really? I don't know Camden very well, but doesn't i-676 separate "Knight's Crossing" from downtown Camden? True development of and integration of this into the city fabric seems challenging. More likely, it seems even if this takes off (which I hope), it remains a "city apart..." The better bet for sustained, urban growth seems to be the Waterfront development that is the subject of this thread.
