Smile NEW YORK | 65 4th Avenue | 100 FT | 10 FLOORS

Project: 65 4th Avenue

Quote:
Permits have been filed for a 10-story mixed-use building at 65 4th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Located between Bergen Street and St. Marks Place, the interior lot is two blocks south of the Atlantic Avenue Barclays Center subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, and R trains. Brooklyn-based developer Yisroel Greenfeld is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 100-foot-tall development will yield 25,458 square feet, with 19,677 square feet designated for residential space and 781 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 30 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 655 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 29-foot-long rear yard.

Mohamed Mabrouk of MHM Engineering PC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in March of this year for the four-story building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
