First, thanks to Brook for participating--it's pretty cool and unique that he did this.

Second, this is a very, very neat design. It takes the Philly Special and deconstructs it. I hope the textural facade components are as pronounced and deep as they look. I love the setback from 15th street.

Third, some thoughts: The Blue skin is very similar to the dark blue skin of RATR--if this trends even slightly darker than this rendering the two profiles will merge on the skyline and it will come off as derivative in person. Next, the deconstructed crown builds random and wonderfully--however it seems to terminate abruptly at the 'W'. Because of the build, imo a thin, elegant architectural spire, centered over the 'W' would help finish the crowns "build." With the spire and crown glowing at night, you'd have created a signature skyline building.

I'm also eager to learn how this greets the street--restaurant space, retail space, outdoor cafe space, etc.
