All of this is difficult though and they are annihilating an opportunity with the Sears closure with the retail options they are putting in there. Both of those stores could have used the Gap and Eddie Bauer spaces and the mall would still have the opportunity space to do something interesting.
Ardene's has been moving to bigger locations all across Canada. It isn't a Cornwall Centre thing. I assume Urban Planet wanted out of North Central and they are also used to a bigger space.

It's as if some of you think that space being left empty is preferable.
