I have a friend that lives near 4th & L NE - close to Union Market - and its just bonkers the development happening around there. I thought he was nuts when he bought his house but its like doubled in value since he bought it. And when the REI opened at Uline I never thought it would make it. So basically, don't take housing advice from me.
