In the case of the Park Merced plan, such businesses may be salted throughout the plan area but it doesn’t look like it on the renderings and it looks like the planners were more concerned with the greenery than such carbon-sparing convenience services.
It does have a very 1960's "Towers in the Park" vibe to it.
