Yeah... no. The MFL is a completely different loading gauge along with track gauge. The N5s were also built specifically for the purpose of serving the NHSL. They are lighter and have far superior acceleration.

Although, when the N5s were delivered late, SEPTA leased about 14 CTA-6000 cars for the NHSL. They were terrible, and required modifications to the carbody to reach platform height. There are still two left at 69th Street on a yard track, along with about 4 more in the Trolley Graveyard in Central PA.
