I suppose you'd then have to factor in whatever ride one might take to get to 13th and Market to catch the bus. If you live anywhere along the El, it wouldn't make sense for you to get off the El and take the bus if you're going to have to make a transfer anyway. Maybe you could make that argument for the BSL.
