One of the things I always liked about the deck at 30 Rock was how bare-bones it was - essentially little more than a wrap-around walkway with a few telescopes scattered around. It'll be sad to see it turned into yet another nyc venue to be bombarded with upcharges to do lukewarm instagram stunts...
