On Olive: New Renderings and Progress Update.

The "On Olive" housing development in Grand Center is coming along nicely. Numerous homes are under construction or will begin construction soon. The homes are designed by multiple architects, with the most renowned being Tatiana Bilbao of Mexico City. Attached are progress update photos from today as well as new renderings, which come from the "On Olive" project website. FYI: these are the first new homes in the Grand Center neighborhood in decades.

On Olive is located between Vandeventer and Spring in the Grand Center neighborhood. The project replaces numerous vacant lots and vacant buildings while redeveloping the Wolfner Building.
