Phase 2 is the retail and street facing elements...great, I'm sure that will come along quickly.
Did they provide any idea of what that may look like? I'm hoping for the best (something tall-ish that meets the street well), fearful of the worst (a Wendy's drive through and storage units) and expecting nothing (just grass for the foreseeable future).
