it’s really something to get to see this.

the only experience i have that is close to these views was as a junior high school kid we walked out on lake erie one memorable winter when it was frozen over until we couldn’t see the shore anymore. incredibly stupid thing to do. but anyway it looked like this, except in places there were frozen waves and clear spots where frozen solid fish were looking up at you. it was disorienting and of course we were goofing around and we literally had to follow our footprints to get back. once in awhile i have still have a nightmare about doing that. stay close to camp lol!
