There were no renderings presented, but there was a lot of discussion of the site and potential issues. Some neighbors on Lynwood Street were concerned about traffic impacts. Nick Wood, the attorney representing the developers, said they'd be happy to support a Lynwood Street closure (similar to what has already been done to several streets in Willo) if all the residents agree to it. There was also broad consensus that there should be a traffic signal added at First Avenue and McDowell to accommodate vehicles coming out of the building's garage and trying to turn left. The building is planned to be 23 stories tall with retail on the ground level, although there was no mention of the Whole Foods rumors.
