The drawing shows it as 31 feet tall - that building is not 31 feet tall currently. Why would the owner even offer them renewal? Even if there's work adding onto that building, it's possible they'd have to shut down their business for awhile anyway.
I vaguely remembered something happening there, wasn't sure if it was an addition to the existing or a whole new building. Interesting, I wasn't aware it was the same owner... not quite as exciting as a whole new building proposal. Either way, I might be a sell-out to my younger self but that strip of bars on Division is a way under-utilization for that area.
