These are the restaurants going into the St. Regis
A Japanese restaurant and a Tuscan steakhouse are set to open next spring along with the hotel, which faced delays when a deal with Alinea Group fell through.

Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises is set to open two restaurants in the upcoming St. Regis Chicago, a high-end hotel slated to open next spring in one of the city's tallest towers.
The first establishment will be a Japanese restaurant and the second will be a Tuscan steakhouse, Lettuce President R.J. Melman said in a statement. The Japanese restaurant will open the at the same time as the hotel, with the steakhouse coming later, according to a spokeswoman for Lettuce Entertain You.
