In its original form, that design would look stunning in Boston along the river. Actually, I think Boston would pull it off a little better IMO.

I like your thinking (sans Boston talk). Put it on Penn's Landing where it actually has a shot at being built. I honestly think this whole rendering was just pork barrel spending on NJ's part. That's unfortunate because it could do a lot for Camden.
