The tabloids a couple of weeks ago made one of their many errors in exaggerating the FAA impact on these towers. I wouldn't worry, towers like this will not be 500 feet.
Likewise for MiamiCentral or any other projects. I think this one is a safe bet. Worst case scenario for the 4 or 5 supertalls in the pipeline is that we may see a reduction to 900 feet, but for this project, I'd say the current height or even a 1000 feet is a very safe bet, thats if they go that route.
If all goes well, Miami may have the 3rd most supertalls after NYC and Chicago. Pretty damn impressive if you ask me. 2020 will see a largely expanded skyline, both in width, and height.
