A very good friend of mine is under contract for a 2bd/2bth Condo in OBP, and I had the chance to walk through the unit with him yesterday - say what you want about the exterior, but the interior of this building is absolutely gorgeous. I believe my friend will be on of the first to move in, and he is scheduled for a Late Feb closing.
