DPPL and associates have acquired 185 cents (7485 Sq. M) of land at Kowdiar Palace Compound at the heart of the city in Trivandrum. The location is a prime land amidst posh residential area of Trivandrum City and hence the plan is to build a world class shopping centre.
We have also acquired land for a 300 bedded super specialty hospital in the vicinity. CPG Singapore is our Project Consultant.
