Well, is it just that easy? You just buy a chunk of land and start building? I mean isn't there far more to it than that? (permitting, feasibility studies, infrastructure improvements etc), especially given that one of the two sites I'm looking at would be in a floodplain? Can you build Skyscrapers in a floodplain?
