Project: The Waterfront (3 Furnace Street)

The Waterfront, a 1,200,000 square foot development rising from the western banks of the Lehigh River in Allentown, Pennsylvania, will be region’s up-and-coming riverside destination for Lehigh Valley citizens and beyond. With six Class A office buildings, five state-of-the-art apartment complexes, a new main street retail district, vibrant riverside and Waterfront Drive dining options, a half-mile signature River Walk, outdoor amphitheaters and two fully-programmable plazas, The Waterfront will introduce tenants, residents and visitors alike back to the Lehigh River like never before. The new campus alongside the Lehigh River will be home to an estimated 2,900 person work force, 1,000 residents, a series of new dining options as well as a series of year-round programming for festivals, shows, and more. Direct access to the river itself will be made available via two on-site floating docks, offering new and exciting opportunities along the Lehigh.
