Is there a coordinated effort for a rehabilitated North Broad? There should be. The beautification north through Temple. Special intersection treatments emphasizing and encouraging major "transit oriented" "pedestrian oriented" developments tied to subway station rehabs. I hope there is some sort of comprehensive new guidelines for what this corridor could be.
