Agree.
And that Manayunk project in particular, even if a Dallas Cowgirl is behind it, sounds really unique. I suppose Manayunk's location is comparable to Bala Cynwyd, so the commercial component could work. Parking and taxes are an issue but on the flipside, the vibe is more congruent with what young tech workers are (supposedly - I'm not a tech worker) looking for.
