That last rendering looks about 1 1/2 - 2 cubes high than it will be in actuality. Compare to Wells Fargo Center, which is 765 ft. high, and a similar distance to the camera, but it's barely over half as tall as the rendering. At 1,049 ft tall, compared to Wells Fargo, you're looking at about another 1/4 of the height, or another 2 cubes. So this rendering must be off for scale.
