Correct. It's a pretty sad corner of town - similar to how the totality of Over-the-Rhine was from about 1980-2010.
There is a lot of speculative activity nearby so it's just a matter of time, maybe five years, until things start happening. Next I'll take a walk with the camera around the West End. There is more going on there on a house-by-house basis than ever before. There might be 20+ houses and buildings under renovation currently, all by individuals or small outfits.
The big money hasn't shown up quite yet but they'll be there soon since OTR was completely picked over by 2015 and now stuff is happening on the very worst streets like Loth St. and E. Clifton.
