It's here. Salesforce (Salesforce Tower) and Meta (151 N Franklin) throwing big chunks of space onto the sublease market (via Trib).
Surprised Salesforce actually isn't an even larger chunk at this point (but quite possible there may always be a 2nd round there.

Not super surprising given the chaos in the tech sector. I guess the only positive I see is that if they are subleasing the space, it means they expect to re-occupy that space during the next rebound?
