^ yeah its more slender than the rest so that is good. and i like that street level base well enough.
the tower itself is eh and for sure too short. although with that mediocre at best design i don't think it matters much.
the newest render from spring seems a bit rushed and its disappointing. hopefully we will get another more detailed round of them and a better look later on.
steady work at citypoint, but boy this one has been a long time coming.
