Seriously though, it looks like the virtual tour on
https://derbyphx.com/virtual-tour indeed shows it doesn't have an in-unit washer and dryer. The Derby site does say though that it will have on-demand laundry and pet care.
I'm guessing when you need laundry done, you just make a call. Some may like that, but I think I would like to do my own laundry though.
