Total failure to understand high rise engineering and development process. This isn't a city that has 3rd world building codes and engineering standards. Unsafe? Hasn't been built yet and would have to be designed and engineered. Untested
? Surely I'd hope the building wouldn't be tested once built, normally, would indicate probability of collapse. This is all rubbish. Judging something before it exists.
