The PD for this development was already approved by City Council last summer.
The Landmarks approval is for a demolition permit so LG can tear down some of the (non-historic) buildings on the site. The project is in a landmark district (well, it straddles the edge of one) so any demolitions need special approval even if they're non-historic or non-contributing.
