This Guns N' Roses video from 1987 was apparently shot in the ballroom at 6130 Pacific Blvd. There's only one fleeting wide shot glimpse of the interior in the video.
Called Mendiola's Ballroom it had a very brief stint as a punk rock venue in 1983 until this happened -
