• Modernize & Expand the Trolley Network
• Extend the 102 Trolley to Darby , 34 Trolley to Lansdowne , 10 Trolley to Overbrook
• Extend the 11 Trolley to PHL Airport , 15 Trolley West to 69th Street & 15 Trolley East to Frankford via Bridesburg
• Build a 104 LRT: 69th Street – Newtown Square, 103 LRT: 69th Street – Ardmore
• Build a 23 Trolley: Erie Station BSL to Chestnut Hill , 56 Trolley : Allegheny West – Frankford
• 60 Trolley : East Falls – Port Richmond
• Bus→LRT , Route 40 : Center City to Wissahickon via Fairmount Park & East Falls
• Route 25: Waterfront Corridor: Frankford – Port Richmond – Spring Garden- Pier 70
• New LRT Route : Center City – Powelton Village – Zoo – Fairmount Park
• BRT : Route 43 , Route 45 , Route 64 , route 29

Rapid Transit Upgrades & Expansions

• Build the Roosevelt Boulevard Subway to I-276 & BSL Extension South to Navy Yards/PHL
• Extend the Broad-Ridge Spur to Washington-Grays Ferry Ave to SW Philly
• Extend the PATCO west to the 40th Street Trolley Portal , under Lancaster Ave to Cynwyd
• Convert the BSL – MFL – PATCO to an Automated Metro with PSDs

Regional Rail Upgrades & Expansion : Inner Suburban - Regional - Outer Far Suburbs - Intercity

• Create a true S-bahn system utilizing existing & Abandoned Rail Lines
• Build infill Stations at : 52nd Street , Port Richmond , Lindbergh Bvld ,
• Build the Swampoodle Connection , Extend the Fox Chase line to the West Trenton
• Extend the Warminster Branch to New Hope, Restore service to West Chester , Stony Creek Line
• S1: Garrett Road (Upper Darby) -UC – Center City – Glenside : 10mins peak / 25mins offpeak
• S2 : Chestnut Hill West – Center City – Fox Chase – West Trenton : 10/30
• S3 : Chestnut Hill East – Center City – Trenton : 15/30
