It can be tall, depending on the mix. For example, the commercial space can be all hotel, or all office. All office would get you larger floors, and less height. But a mix of office/hotel/residential, or hotel/ residential would give a greater height than purely office. But in either case, I would want a great design that would be fitting for the location.
Obviously, we are getting ahead of ourselves.
