Current land ownership for the 7th Ave and Glenrosa site is for The Curve Luxury Apartments LLC. The site was home to a bowling alley (Melrose Lanes) and converted to an APS station. It's been demolished for years. The proposal from several years ago showed a very cool 4 or 5 story apartment complex that had balconies with extensive plantings ala Optima. Hopefully, the plans move forward as it was very distinctive.
