A long term play. But good in a way. Future towers like 15 Penn and 350 Park will be the future supply for the demands of the future. Just as current supply and upcoming supply gets absorbed, the backlog of pipeline space will serve its duty in time due.
Whats glowing are the facts that those two properties will be monoliths.
