Nelson Rising Lane's new block is taking form (glimpsing between the Diller Cancer Center and UCSF dorms). can't tell from this shot, but workers were still active underground behind the neurosciences building today, and you can see that work is still going on behind the CVRB:
(oh, and I noticed this evening that the sidewalk lamps on the new section work.)
and I'm not sure exactly what it does (holds moisture in?), but the plantings over in the northeast corner have gotten a thin black blanket that they poke through:
