It's been awhile since anyone has contributed to this page. Here are some updates of the goings on in Tulsa.

Gathering Place - Phase I of this $400 million+ new park opened just over a year ago. In its first year it was recognized as USA Today’s Best New Attraction,
TIME Magazine’s World’s Greatest Places, Urban Land Institute’s Global Excellence Award, American Planning Association’s Great Places and one of
National Geographic’s 12 Mind-Bending Playgrounds Around the World.

The Village Flats - Located next to Centennial Park at 6th and Peoria. Broke ground back in the spring. Here are some renderings.

WPX Energy's New Headquaters - Located on the site of the old Spaghetti Warehouse in downtown, this 260,000-square-foot 11 story building is set to get started in early 2020.
Site work has already commenced.

111 Greenwood - New mixed use development located at 111 S Greenwood Avenue in downtown. Will feature 50 residential units.

Reunion Center Building - This historic building located at 4th and Main downtown is currently undergoing a renovation to a mixed use building including 80 residential units.

Davenport Urban Lofts - This new 9 story condo building, located on north Main Street just south of Cain's Ballroom in the Arts District,
broke ground this summer.

The View - New 6 story 198 unit apartment building just broke ground this summer. Is located on Archer just across the street from ONEOK Field (baseball stadium).

Adams Building - Renovation of this historic building located at 4th and Cheyenne in downtown is slated to be finished in early 2020.
Will include 65 residential units and a ground floor restaurant.

Former OTASCO building - Work is well underway to convert this long abandoned building located at 2nd and Cincinnati just across the street from City Hall into a multi-unit
restaurant development.

Vast Bank Building - This is the new corporate headquarters of VAST bank (formerly Valley National Bank). Construction started last year and should be wrapping up by
the end of the year or early 2020. It is located at Archer and Elgin next to ONEOK field.
