It's also in the Greenfield Catchment, which is literally a stone's throw from this site. If I'm not mistaken, Greenfield has overtaken Meredith as being the highest ranked neighborhood school in the city, excepting Penn Sadie Alexander.
With those credentials, they could be building big luxurious family sized apartments.
