Bankrupt Cresford Developments’ properties continue to be sold by the receiver, including Pemberton’s September purchase
of
33 Yorkville.
(Rumour has it the property will host an even taller tower than approved, subject to an increase in spandrel exterior cladding of approximately 73%).
Resumption of construction would move 33 Yorkville back into the Top Ten u/c list.
