I like to see it happen despite the over-saturation. Like any kind of other businesses, only the fit will survive. If Live offers a great mix of gambling and adult entertainment (like bringing in small venue concerts, other entertainment program, whatnot), and a higher class feel, I'm all for it. The current casinos around the area are like slots parlor. Nothing to write home about. If they make this like the National MGM in the DC area or a resemblance to it, it will have a chance to survive and thrive.
