As much as we all wished that building was designed better and built taller at least we have one nice sized building across the street being built and then hopefully soon the Mural Tower which is a very nice height.
So all 4 corners of Broad and Spring Garden will be filled & the amount of density we will see come from it will be amazing.
If we keep this growth and population up we for sure will see the EL/BSL be expanded in the next 10 Years.
In fact I think if we our Population hits 2 Million+ we will have really start investing in trains again.
