The Aldi sits astride that closed portion of Melon Street, and the tower stretches all the way back to 13th Street, at least according to the site plan.

The lot bounded by 13th, Park, Melon, and Wallace is also part of 1300 Fairmount's site but is supposed to be a second "townhouse" phase at some indeterminate point in the future.

Another property immediately south of 1300 Fairmount along Ridge recently got redeveloped into an apartment building, which you can see in the construction progress photos.
