The Onni tower crane is complete. In the background is a historic building that they refurbished and brought back to life as an office building. I'm assuming that where this tower is going up used to be the parking lot for that office building and will once complete, have parking capacity for it and the residents.
They really have a formula. They also own the historic office building at 9th/Hill which is surrounded by Level while the double tower Hope+Flower buildings surround a smaller office building... which they also own. The formula continues with the double tower Times Mirror surrounding the old LA Times office building. All of these residential towers are providing parking for the adjacent Onni-owned office buildings. Might they have extra parking at night when the offices are off to provide for a revitalized Broadway Theater District???
There is a strip of clear glass going vertically down the middle of the Beaudry. Interesting choice
Geoffrey Palmer's Ferrante's 1st phase is complete and leasing. Second phase is rising now. I do really love how they created this big fountain at the corner of the intersection for the public to enjoy.
