Just another opinion piece. It was delayed because of the delay in platform approval, followed by the economy. The development of the first half if the railyards was delayed as well, again, by the economy. Yet the towers are filled today. Let’s not try to overthink it. And it has relatively litttle affordable housing. As a matter of fact, Related has long said it’s the second half of the development is what drives the whole thing. But we’ve known this because we’ve been following it from the beginning.
