SHoP is tricky, some of their stuff is good, but lots of it looks like sliced minimalism with bigger budgets and more gimmicky tchotch tacked on to the facade.

Love it or hate it, but Adjaye would be a good addition to the Vinoly, Jahn, MAD, Foster, possibly BIG, Gang and (arguably) Stern super group that's coming through in the next few years. He would add to Chicago as a global architecture destination as opposed to just an american one, as well.
