the next block of residential to get going (this summer) will be
block 9, behind the public safety building -
141 studios for very-low-income and formerly homeless people.
once they're all moved in around the end of next year, its sister
block 9A, just to the east, should be about ready to break ground.
hopefully by then we will have heard something more on the timing for the last two remaining residential parcels in MB, blocks 12W and 4E, to get going
